The challenge of designing a residential building in the picturesque Serra de Casal de Cambra, close to Belas Clube de Campo, was a unique opportunity to impose modernity into the space.
Using high-quality materials, such as stone on the facades, we sought to create a structure that would not only stand out, but also integrate harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
The emphasis on the facades' building was achieved through a distinctive foundation, giving it uniqueness in relation to the other floors. This approach aimed to create an architectural landmark and offer a sense of exclusivity to residents.
On the first floor, we faced the challenge of incorporating a shopping area and enriching the residents' experience by promoting local vitality. The integration of these commercial spaces required careful consideration of the design to ensure a smooth transition between residential and commercial functions.
Throughout the process, attention to detail and the pursuit of functionality were key objectives. The end result is an architectural and 3D rendering project that responds to the specific challenges of the location and enriches the community, offering a contemporary and sophisticated environment for its residents.
