In the heart of the enchanted valley, in Arruda dos vinhos, comes the residential project in the Herdade do Cereeiro condominium, with mountain views, a celebration of the harmony between contemporary architecture and the natural wealth and culture of the region.

 

With a carefully crafted architectural duality through its two distinct facades, which converge to create a harmonious synthesis between tradition and innovation, this project's unique approach ensures a compromise between materiality and the surrounding construction, and celebrates the beauty of the mountains and vineyards that characterise the landscape.
 

The facade facing the surrounding building adopts a more conservative and imposing approach, in keeping with the existing aesthetic.  

 

The main emphasis is on the choice of materials, namely the use of wood in the building's foundation, which is intended to give it a cosy feel and appeal to the visual cohesion and identity of the urbanisation in which it is located. 

 

In contrast, the south-facing facade is a bolder and more dynamic expression. Here, the strategic distribution of panoramic openings, balconies and expressive terraces promote privileged sun exposure and invite an intimate connection with the spectacular views of the Arruda dos Vinhos mountains.
